Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel your paid membership on Tuyaho, operated by Tuyaho. Plans are billed monthly and you may cancel anytime with no minimum commitment.
1. Cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no penalty or early-cancellation fee. When you cancel, you stop renewing the plan for the next month.
2. How to cancel
- Contact us via the panel support chat or email support@tuyaho.com with your username and the plan to cancel.
- We will process the request and confirm through the same channel.
- You do not need to wait until the end of the month to request cancellation.
3. Access after cancellation
If you already paid for the current month, you keep access and plan limits until that billing period ends, unless you request otherwise or an administrator applies a different rule documented in your purchase.
4. Refunds
Monthly payments are not automatically refunded for unused days, except for billing errors or an explicit written agreement. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@tuyaho.com with your receipt.
5. Free (invite) plan
Plan 0 is free and does not require payment cancellation. If you stop using the service, you may request account removal under our Data Deletion page.
