By using Tuyaho operated by Tuyaho, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service description
Tuyaho is a private, invite-only dashboard for people and teams who want to grow on social media: schedule and publish content, view metrics, and manage comments on the accounts they connect through each platform's official login. Supported platforms include TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and Dailymotion, among others.
2. Eligibility
You must be invited by an administrator, be at least 13 years old (and meet the minimum age of each network you connect), and connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
3. Acceptable use
- Comply with the terms, community guidelines, and developer policies of each connected platform (for example, TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms when you connect TikTok).
- No spam, harassment, illegal content, or API abuse.
- Publish only content you have rights to use.
- Do not present Tuyaho as a social network or as an official product of those platforms.
4. Official connections
We request only the permissions needed for the features described (basic profile, publishing, comments, and analytics, depending on what you enable). You may revoke access at any time from the panel or from the platform's settings.
5. Memberships and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription anytime; see our Cancellation Policy for the process, access after cancellation, and refunds.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided «as is». We are not liable for indirect damages or for outages, policy changes, or errors of third-party social networks.
